Mengyin Chen is a native of the Northeast Philadelphia area, having graduated from Central High School, and she remains dedicated to serving the local community. With a diverse legal background, Ms. Chen has been actively involved in numerous areas, including contract reviews, personal injury cases, civil and commercial litigation, mediation and settlements, as well as various immigration matters.

Ms. Chen was the lead immigration counsel for a Flushing New York law firm. During her time there, she represented clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and appearing before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Among her notable achievements are successful asylum petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, family-based petitions, removal of conditions, appearances before the Board of Immigration Appeals, and filing Petitions for Writ of Mandamus.
